1 Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Farieblade (the "Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
These Terms form a legal agreement between you and Archylan Ivanov, the developer of Farieblade.
2 Eligibility
The Game is intended for users aged 13 and older. By using the Game, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
If you are under 18, you confirm that you have obtained consent from a parent or legal guardian to use the Game and agree to these Terms on your behalf.
3 Your Account
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Keeping your login credentials confidential
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account
You may delete your account at any time via the in-game settings. Deletion takes effect 7 days after confirmation, during which you may cancel by signing in again.
4 License to Use
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the Game for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the Game or its content
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game
- Use the Game for any commercial purpose without our written consent
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
5 In-App Purchases
The Game may offer optional in-app purchases. By making a purchase, you agree that:
- All purchases are processed through the platform store (Google Play / App Store) and subject to their terms
- In-game items, currency, and content are virtual goods with no real-world monetary value
- Purchases are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or platform policy
- We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or change the pricing of any in-game content at any time
Virtual items purchased in the Game are licenced to you, not sold. They remain our property and may be modified or removed as part of game updates.
6 User Conduct
When using the Game, you agree not to:
- Cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorised third-party software to gain an unfair advantage
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other players
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or our servers
- Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Game
- Impersonate any person or entity
Violations may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account.
7 Intellectual Property
All content in the Game — including but not limited to graphics, characters, music, text, and code — is the property of Archylan Ivanov and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or other proprietary materials without our prior written consent.
8 Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Game at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms.
Upon termination, your licence to use the Game ends immediately. Any virtual items or in-game currency associated with your account will be forfeited without refund, except where required by law.
9 Disclaimer
The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game.
10 Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you through the Game.
Continued use of the Game after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
