You can delete your account at any time directly in the Game — no need to contact support.
How to delete your account
- Open the Game and sign in to your account
- Go to your profile settings
- Tap the "Delete Account" button
- Confirm the action
After confirmation you have 7 days to change your mind — simply sign in again to cancel. After 7 days the account and all associated data are permanently deleted.
What will be deleted
Upon permanent deletion we will erase:
- Login and password hash
- Nickname (if provided)
- All game progress — level, collection, resources, and other account data
Account recovery after permanent deletion is not possible.
